This policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal information in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and the Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
1. Information Collection

- Contact information (name, email, phone)
- Corporate details (company name, address)
- Technical shipment data (UN numbers, hazard classes)
- Payment information (processed securely via Stripe — we do not store card data)
2. Use of Information
Your data is used solely for:
- Providing quotes and logistics consultations
- Generating regulatory compliance documents (Shipper's Declarations, DGDs)
- Communicating shipment updates
- Internal security and compliance audit logging
3. CASL Compliance
By providing your email through our contact forms, you provide implied consent for us to contact you regarding your specific inquiry. You may opt out of any marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us directly through our contact page.
4. Security & Cybersecurity Practices
We employ enterprise-grade encryption, secure server protocols, and robust security measures to protect your data. Our cybersecurity practices include:
- Firewall & WAF: All network perimeters and corporate devices are protected by active firewalls including a Web Application Firewall (Cloudflare).
- Vulnerability Management: Passwords, database access rules, and system dependencies are regularly reviewed and patched.
- Email Security: All corporate communication is scanned for malicious links and attachments.
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA): Enforced for all business email, remote network, and server console access.
- VPN: Remote administrative access to production systems requires an authenticated VPN tunnel.
- Data Backups: Mission-critical data is backed up daily using AES-256 encrypted backups stored off-site.
- Breach Notification: In compliance with PIPEDA, affected individuals will be notified in the event of a confirmed personal data breach.
Terms of Service
By accessing the AÉRO-DG Solutions platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
1. Professional Responsibility
AÉRO-DG Solutions provides regulatory guidance and document preparation services. However, the Shipper remains legally responsible for the accuracy of information provided and the physical packaging of dangerous goods in accordance with IATA DGR and Transport Canada TDG regulations.
2. Quotes & Estimates
Quotes generated by our platform are estimates. A quote is only binding once formally signed by both parties and a Quote ID is issued. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
3. Prohibited Use
Users may not attempt to reverse-engineer our compliance logic, bypass security controls, or use our platform to facilitate the transport of undeclared or illegal hazardous materials.
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is due prior to cargo tender at the airline cargo counter, unless a corporate credit account has been established in writing with AÉRO-DG Solutions. For corporate accounts, payment terms are Net-30 from the date of the signed Shipper's Declaration unless otherwise agreed. Dangerous goods services are non-refundable once the Shipper's Declaration has been signed and cargo has been tendered to the carrier. AÉRO-DG Solutions reserves the right to withhold release of all shipping documentation until full payment is confirmed.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, AÉRO-DG Solutions's liability for any shipment is limited to the value of the service fee paid, unless additional insurance is explicitly purchased and documented prior to service delivery.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
In accordance with Ontario consumer protection guidelines and Stripe's merchant requirements, our refund policy is as follows:
1. Professional Services
Fees for consulting, training, and document preparation are non-refundable once work has commenced. If a project is cancelled before commencement, a full refund (minus credit card processing fees) will be issued within 5 business days.
2. Digital Products
Access to one-time compliance toolkits or premium resources is non-refundable once the digital asset has been accessed or downloaded.
3. Disputed Charges
We encourage clients to contact us directly to resolve any billing issues before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of active logistics services and legal recovery actions.
4. Contact for Billing Inquiries
For billing or refund questions, contact us through our contact page or call +1 (437) 436-8348.
